Military regime filled up their resources in Ta’ang areas

After 17th June, Nam Kham, Man Tat battalion 144 was filled up with no less than 300 soldiers and some weapons by Noung Cho battalion 502 and Kwyat Mae Battalion 501.After 17th June, Nam Kham, Man Tat battalion 144 was filled up with no less than 300 soldiers and some weapons by Noung Cho battalion 502 and Kwyat Mae Battalion 501.
The troop that was going to fill up was marching through the cross-township from Man Tong to Nam Kham by forcing the villagers to porter their weapons and supplies and by requisitioning the horses and mules on the way said by a villager who was forced to porter.
The horse’s owner reported, “The troop requisitioned 7 horses from Ma Wor village to Mai Wee the whole day without letting them stop and feed well.”
Before they reached the Nam Kham, Man Tat battalion 144, they stayed overnight at Man Tong, Khoe Mone, Man Sat and Mai Wee. All the villages had to serve meals and alcohol; however, the villagers didn’t dare to react. Although they were dissatisfied with that, they just groan in their mind.
Moreover, the traders who are trading from Nam Kham also said that the troop stopped their trucks for a week without giving any specific reason while they reached in Mai Wee.
Consequence from then fighting between KIA and Burmese military on 9th June, the local people are afraid of the Burmese troop from moving one place to another, rounding sentry, taking porters and threating people.
