Eight Burmese Soldiers Injured by KIA Attack

At about 9 pm at the Man Hkam Ferry-Boat Gate, near Namhkam town, Northern Shan State the military regime’s Battalion No. 132 and the Kachin Independence Army were fighting during the full moon night of Tarsaungtai festival.
“Eight Burmese soldiers were injured during a twenty minute KIA attack. Immediately after their soldiers were injured the military seized a nearby car and sent the injured soldiers to Muse General Hospital because Namhkam didn’t have the capacity to deal with their injuries. This morning, Namkham town was crowded with police and soldiers” said by the local person.
